Justified’s mentorship program, Full Circle Effect, is the heart of the organization. We offer two types of mentorship, weekly one-on-one meetings that are unstructured and aimed at relationship building and personal growth, and multi-week small group sessions in which participants follow a set curriculum, read books together, have discussions and develop leaders.
